With the belief that behaviour communicates at the centre of our training we engage with employees using Engage Connect’s Systems Based Model. We can explore client and staff behaviours against the structure of an organisations policies using this model and show how it applies to the day to day work of employees. We will look at what we can do and what we shouldn’t do when working with people who have challenging behaviours and explore the DECAF model of communicating with clients and employees. We provide relevant, up to date and practical training that is immediately useful to you and your employees' day to day work. Importantly, our training is interactive and fun. Our training sessions are unique in that we tailor training to your specific needs.
